Doing some calculations, Velocity = work/day. My fat velocity for the last 15 days = 2.0/15 = 0.13 %/day. If the trend continues, in 52 days I can burn 0.13 * 52 = 6.76% of body fat. I think my 8% goal is going to be out of reach unless my body becomes a fat burning mochine. Weight velocity = 4.3/15 = 0.2867 lbs/day. In 52 days, I estimate a loss of 0.2867 * 52 = 14.9 lbs. My weight loss goal of 5% is within reach.
